Dr. Warner's office is located in the Dawson's Creek Professional Village off of Dupont Rd (near the Parkview YMCA).  After turning into the office park, you will follow the driveway straight to the back and make a left when it dead ends.  Suite E is located on the far right end of Building 11.

Monday:        9am-7pm
Wednesday:  10am-6pm
Thursday:      1:30pm-6pm 

Initial visit:        $140 (90 minutes)
Follow up visit:  $75 (60 minutes)

Includes acupuncture treatment and other modalities
as needed (trigger point acupuncture, guasha, cupping, heat therapy)
